We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead our development projects. The Digital Project Manager will work with cross-functional, multi-project permanent resources, as well as contract resources, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. The Digital Project Manager is also responsible to ensure that the goals of each project are outlined and revisited throughout the life of the project to successful completion. The Digital Project Manager will plan, schedule and control all project activities toward these objectives - applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while building positive trusting relationships with clients and team members.

• Ability to effectively understand the objectives of the project and take those into account when making day to day project decisions

• 3-5 years direct digital project management experience
• Portfolio of successful web projects
• Employer and customer references for specific projects
• Excellent organizational skills
• In depth understanding of the entire web project life cycle from inception to completion
• Comfortable managing up to 8 concurrent web implementation projects
• University degree in Business, Engineering, Science or Communications
• Desire to manage multiple complex web projects in a fast-paced environment
• In depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies
• Basic knowledge of UX principles
• Basic knowledge of QA principles

Bonus skills/experience:

• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to manage projects
• Functional knowledge of UX principles
• Functional knowledge of QA principles
• Any programming knowledge will be viewed as a plus
