Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Telecom Account Executive who is looking for an opportunity to move in to Channel Sales for immediate hire.

You will fulfill the vital role of leveraging provided agent accounts, prospecting new leads, handling different kinds of sales scenarios and ultimately closing sales opportunities. Once an opportunity has been closed, your job will be to help manage the initial phases of post-sales support and ensure implementation is set up according to the commitment. This is achieved through the support of additional resources - such as Sales Engineers and Post-Sale Project Coordinators, Engineers, and Customer Support – whose goal is to help you fulfill the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by sourcing and recruiting new productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners.
  • Provide a high level of care for Agents and Agent Customers, assisting as needed with service requests. You should maintain a high customer satisfaction rating with agents and their customers.
  • Conduct sales calls with Agents to present and assist in closing account opportunities with end-users, including coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel to ensure successful solutions.
  • Ensure Sales Agents/Channel Partners are fully knowledgeable in AireSpring products, processes and procedures.
  • Invest time in self-educating on a customer's business environment, applying this in a consultative fashion to advance business deals
  • Work with agents to assist on thorough order submission per company requirements
  • Maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, and pride by maintaining open, effective lines of communication.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Excellent social skills; strong internal communication skills and presentation skills; strong ability to communicate with executives up to the Boardroom level, as well as at trade shows and other public venues
  • Comfortable leveraging social networking, prior business relationships and cold calling in finding new prospects and turning those into customers.
  • Ability to creatively discuss Sales issues, including crafting materials (slide decks, dashboards, etc.) that explain compelling value propositions and articulate their associated business impact.Can gain customer loyalty and generate repeat business and achieve success in sales campaigns even when obstacles are presented.
  • The ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm, commitment and creativity with a motivated mentality and track record of scaling business over time.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

This role will travel as needed while managing time towards maximizing face time with target clients.

2+ years previous sales experience in the Telecommunications industry with a history of meeting performance goals.

Extensive experience in a wide range of business solutions, including but not limited to: Managed Connectivity, Unified Communications, Collaboration, Contact Center, LAN/WAN, and Network Security.

Ideal candidate currently resides within the desired area and lives within 45 minutes of a major airport.
