Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should handle the entire gamut of accounts including independent finalization of  accounts with working knowledge of accounting standards and company law compliances.
Candidate must have Mall Accounting background.
Income tax ability to handle independently upto assessment stage and liaisoning with Tax Consultants for preparation of assessment details, appeal details, etc.
Working knowledge of service tax and excise.
Bank finance - Preparation of CMA, knowledge of working capital finance and term loans.
Working knowledge of SAP system is must.
Job Description
The candidate should handle the entire gamut of accounts including independent finalization of accounts with working knowledge of accounting standards and company law compliances.
Preparation & finalization of Annual Accounts as per statutory accounting standards.
Follow up with Mall Team / Retailers for payments.
Dealing with both Auditors
Treasury and Cash Management, Debtors & Creditors monitoring
MIS & other metrics including monthly Profit & Loss A/C, Cash Flow, monthly/quarterly/annual projections, analysis of revenue & cost
Taxation matters including both Direct & Indirect taxation, Income Tax, VAT, & Service Tax
