• Commercially lead and source different types of raw materials for biomass pelleting process

• Develop appropriate sector sourcing strategies based on market understanding

• Continually engage with Manufacturing Plants, agencies/brokers on ground to widen the basket of Raw materials that can be used for pelleting

• Define standards for raw material procurement

• Identify and develop different organic supplements that make pelleting process more consistent/robust and also helps bring down manufacturing costs of pellet

• Identify and develop unique additives/enzymes/supplements that can provide unique value to biomass based pellets

• Develop partners that can help in development of the raw material options as well as development of full Value chain

• Contract strategy and negotiations; Identifying and implementing optimal suppliers to deliver at right price points

• Optimization of transportation, raw material and processing

• Ensure effectiveness and continuing development of the sourcing process

• Working capital management of Raw materials and ensuring minimum days sales outstanding, inventory management and account payable management
