General Description  

Responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to:

• Responsible for the accurate and timely management of the Company's public reporting process including the quarterly supplemental analyst package and SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc. working with various departments of the Company. 
• Prepare all financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) for Forms 10-K, 10-Q 8-K etc. 
• Work closely with CFO, Controller, bankers, legal counsel, auditors and others within the organization to prepare registration filings as needed. 
• Implement and execute upon Global Accounting Policies and SOX practices.
• Implement changes in FASB accounting rules for US GAAP and ensure ongoing tracking and compliance
• Provide support on non-routine and/or significant transactions as needed.
• Ensure that all documentation complies with CareDx’s regulations & SEC & GAAP reporting guidelines.
• Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to as regulatory changes occur to maintain compliance.
• Document/Maintain controls in place and perform control gap analysis
• Stay up to date on technical accounting pronouncements.
• Participate in special projects and other initiatives as assigned. 

• BA /BS degree in Accounting or Finance required. 
• MBA or studying for MBA preferred.  
• Certified Public Accountant or studying for exam.
• 2-4 years experience. 
• At least 2 years public accounting preferred. 
• Strong background with SEC filings (10K, 10Q) and internal controls/GAAP practices/protocols.
• Excellent (current) technical accounting skills.
• Experience with in-sourcing SEC reporting with WebFilings or other reporting software desired.
• Knowledge of xBRL tagging desired
