New data was recently presented at ISHLT 2014 that further supports the clinical utility of AlloMap. CareDx, Inc. also develops new tests for other solid organ transplantation, which are in development.

General Description
Responsibilities include, but not necessarily limited to:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely management of the Company's public reporting process including the quarterly supplemental analyst package and SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc. working with various departments of the Company.
- Prepare all financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A) for Forms 10-K, 10-Q 8-K etc.
- Work closely with CFO, Controller, bankers, legal counsel, auditors and others within the organization to prepare registration filings as needed.
- Implement and execute upon Global Accounting Policies and SOX practices.
- Implement changes in FASB accounting rules for US GAAP and ensure ongoing tracking and compliance
- Provide support on non-routine and/or significant transactions as needed.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with CareDx’s regulations & SEC & GAAP reporting guidelines.
- Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to as regulatory changes occur to maintain compliance.
- Document/Maintain controls in place and perform control gap analysis
- Stay up to date on technical accounting pronouncements.
- Participate in special projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA /BS degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- MBA or studying for MBA preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant or studying for exam.
- 2-4 years experience.
- At least 2 years public accounting preferred.
- Strong background with SEC filings (10K, 10Q) and internal controls/GAAP practices/protocols.
- Excellent (current) technical accounting skills.
- Experience with in-sourcing SEC reporting with WebFilings or other reporting software desired.
- Knowledge of xBRL tagging desired

Work Environment:
Travel is not a primary aspect of this position although travel may be requested from time to time.
