Customer Service (Manufacturing Industry)

We are currently looking for a strong individual with at least 2+ years experience in the manufacturing industry.  Position is a 4 / 10 position.  6 months, but may turn into a temp to hire position for the right employee.  Pay rate is anywhere from $10.00 to $15.00 an hour depending on experience.

Duties:

• Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty has intimate knowledge of the customer’s needs

• Has empathy for the customers situation
• Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
• Talks in a way the customer can understand
• Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
• Works accurately and with eye for detail
• Handles situations in the best interest of both customer and company
• Is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation
• Is able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (eg. website, FAQ, etc)
• Has a pleasant, friendly style
• Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer

You must have 6 months of recent work/school/volunteer experience

You must have valid forms of I.D. that prove you have the right to work in the U.S.

You must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen check
