The ideal candidate will have five or more years experience with proven business process and workflow mapping for a national or international company in a Business Process Imaging environment.
*Must have implemented and run an offshore BPI enterprise-wide solution that included an analysis of the paper-to-digital current state, recommendation and installation of the technology (software, hardware) to not only capture and store the data but to improve upon the business process and workflow.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
• Kofax, Captiva, ABBYY MindReader and SharePoint
• 5 years of experience needed due to the evolution of systems for an understanding of legacy systems
• Knowledge of ECM systems
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing document capture, storage and retrieval, and workflow based document imaging applications
• Experience in training staff to operate software products, to deploy imaging or records programs, and to implement solutions effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of all MS Office applications
