Virtual Recruiter (Homebuilding Industry)

Robert Hess & Associates, an executive recruiting firm in the homebuilding industry, is seeking a full time recruiter/producer.   This position will be home based and can be located anywhere in the US.  Quite simply, we are looking for experienced recruiters with existing contacts in the home building industry who would like to work from the comfort of their own home.  Successful candidate will have demonstrated success, be a great communicator, treat people with respect, and have a great attitude.  

Here is what is required of you:

• Client interaction experience and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain excellent candidate relationships.
• You must be an effective communicator -- on the phone and through email.
• You must be driven enough to understand and appreciate that you can make a six-figure income as a recruiter. We expect this sort of drive and are prepared to reward it when it is backed by performance.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Comfortable working with high producing professionals, senior managers and executives.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
