Responsible for leading all Divisional Teams in the operation area of Snow and Ice Management; develop templates and standards to use across regions; oversee national procurement and leverage buying power for snow materials; develop training programs for selling new snow removal work and snow renewals; develop national program to prospect and procure new subcontractors while developing consistency across rates and terms. Work with Divisional Snow Managers (DSMs) and Regional Managers (RMs) to achieve profit goals for the company while consistently improving market share.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Lead and develop Team of Divisional Snow Managers
2) Development of Estimating and Production processes for Snow and Ice Management
3) Financial Tracking and Accounting Related Responsibility
4) Material Procurement
EDUCATION:
4 year Business related degree; MBA preferred
