Job Description

Satmetrix as the developers of the industry standard Net Promoter Score and Social NPS which are transforming the way companies worldwide measure the customer experience through direct feedback and social media channels.

The Director of Corporate Marketing will lead positioning of the Satmetrix brand and drive awareness of the company’s leadership position in existing marketing and new offerings in the social media space. This person is responsible for all content and communications including corporate positioning, web properties, collateral, and cross-functional marketing collaboration.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Work with field marketing teams to develop and implement winning lead generation campaigns, including design, development, and integration of marketing effectiveness measures across company web sites.
  • Manage internal marketing systems that track customer communications and website usage; current systems based on Marketo (for emails and web forms), and Google analytics (for website usage).
  • Produce customer webinar series, working closely with subject matter experts from the product and services teams.
  • Reinforce company positioning by creating innovative branding strategies and visual identity.
  • Develop compelling sales collateral to support field marketing objectives, including  corporate collateral, customer success stories, and product/service datasheets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in cloud-based software / SaaS environment.
  • MBA required.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering corporate messages to the market to build awareness.
  • Strong writing and editing skills focused at executive audiences and business leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of content development and production for multiple channels including web, video, and print; expertise in web content development for search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of markets for customer experience, CRM, customer loyalty, or marketing services is a plus.
