Job Description
We are growing rapidly and are seeking an Account Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for our sales team. The Account Development Representative is a key member of our sales team and is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ADR will conduct email and telephone campaigns, and will present product demonstrations on the web. The ADR is responsible for targeting accounts, profiling customers, identifying qualified opportunities and articulating the Bulbstorm value proposition. The successful candidate must be self-motivated; goal and process oriented and must possess the ability to efficiently conduct a high volume of calls and emails daily.
Responsibilities
•Aggressively prospect for new business opportunities using email and telephone campaigns
•Articulate the Bulbstorm value proposition
•Qualify and follow-up with leads generated by marketing campaigns
•Thoroughly identify and qualify customer needs
•Maintain account and opportunity updates within our CRM system
•Report weekly metrics
•Conduct product demonstrations using web-based technologies
Your Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B telesales, customer service or lead generation
•Strong understanding of lead qualification process
•Experience with Salesforce.com or other similar CRM system
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment; one that is collaborative and has a strong team-oriented culture
•Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively via phone and email
•Strong organization and time management skills
•High energy and self-motivated
•Experience in technology, Ad agency or internet industries is a plus
•BA/BS or equivalent
