DCI Group is currently seeking to fill the position of Account Executive in Field Services Division. 

 

The DCI Field Services Division focuses on field-oriented activities, including managing a network of over 1,200 state-based field consultants across the country on public affair grassroots campaigns for clients.  

Job Description

The successful candidate must be self motivated, creative, and highly organized, detail oriented with great interpersonal skills. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills. Finally, it is essential that the individual selected for this position be able to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization and be viewed as a highly collaborative team player. General responsibilities include day-to-day management of multiple grassroots campaigns, and interacting with internal client service teams on a daily basis.

 

Tasks

  • Manages the day-to-day of several field campaigns and team projects concurrently, including but not limited to: budget tracking, field force web maintenance, field contracting and invoice process, weekly account team reports and field team reports
  • Operates within team environment, juggling multiple priorities and work styles
  • Seeks out opportunities to learn about company best practices and client matters
  • Coordinates and manages support activities for team projects with Account Managers
  • Communicates effectively and frequently with colleagues and consultants
  • Participates in-person and teleconference meetings
  • Executes assignment within deadline and on budget, and understands quality standards
  • Innovates and thinks creatively to enhance overall team performance
  • Seeks to assist and support leaders in the development and implementation of strategy

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

  • At least 5 years experience in grassroots management 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of communication styles
  • Creative thinker
  • Thrives on a challenge
  • Deadline driven
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Naturally inquisitive, enjoys learning new things and accepts new challenges readily
