Sr RF Product Design Engineer Responsibilities include new product development, product enhancement, ad-hoc product troubleshooting, project management, customer and consumer support, all in a fast paced and highly technical environment. Leadership and mentoring skills are critical to support these responsibilities. The position will support product development through the design and qualification of RF, digital, and analog control circuits; as well as, support the creation and maintain product development schedules and quality control documents, writing standard operating procedures for product validation testing to include but not limited to technical training and proper test instrumentation usage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Design, analyze, and implement active and passive RF circuits for receivers and transmitters.

 Examine product specifications and design antennas to satisfy the requirements.

 Development of RF layout, isolation, and scheduling procedures to guide board layout.

 Supports high-level project analysis, technical requirements, and long-range project plans.

 Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

 Ability to manage short notice assignments with flexibility and speed.

Education/Experience:

- BSEE with 10+ years related work experience including:

- Designing equipment, components, or circuitry, and

- Minimum 3 years experience designing RF circuits including antennas, transmitters and receivers, OR

- MSEE with 8+ years related work experience including:

- Designing equipment, components, or circuitry, and

- Minimum 3 years experience designing RF circuits including antennas, transmitters and receivers.
