Health, Safety & Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities of this mid level position include managing HS&E programs.  Would require a strong health and safety knowledge and also a very good understanding of environment regulations.

Would be required to have the following knowledge and experience in the following health and safety programs:

-  Identifies risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before commencement of projects

- Identifies corrective and preventative measures and investigates, analyzes and review accidents and near misses.

-  Ensures that work safe permits are enforced and all H&S programs are OSHA compliant

-  Maintain HS&E manuals and ensure that all employees are informed of HS&E policies

-  HS&E training, certifications and record keeping

-  Industrial hygiene

-  Ergonomic assessments

-  Behavioral Based Safety

ISO 14001 management systems

BS and 1-3 years experience in Health, Safety & Environmental field.
