Well, it is official now! We are coming out of the Lab and SmartRecruiters Beta is going live in just 18 days!
Looking back at it, it is really hard to believe that the time to launch has finally come. I have to admit that we are excited and a bit scared at the same time. It has been a little more than a year of hard work for our small but passionate team and now the moment to unveil SmartRecruiters is finally coming. It is our humble contribution to innovative thinking within the industry - an ATS, which is free and easy. Without any catch and with no strings attached, as simple as it is - free and easy.
From the very start SmartRecruiters has always been about innovation and making a difference. It is a new model for the industry and frankly, we don´t know what the future holds for it. It all depends on what the market and the recruiting community make of it because this is as much our project, as it is yours. There is still a long way ahead and we really hope you will take this journey with us. Most of all though, we hope that you like SmartRecruiters and enjoy using it. We hope it will make recruiting more accessible, easier, and a bit more fun.
