We’ve Got Jobs

SmartRecruiters believes by making the hiring process easy, we can significantly better the labor market. Recently we launched our Got Jobs? Candidate Says, “I’m Glad They Researched Me.”

In my experience, it’s pretty rare to leave a job interview feeling like a briefcase filled with one million dollars in cash, with each bundle held together by a band of silk, and the bills so fresh that the whole thing smells like ozone; like everything is fine, like I am a good human being and that, even if I don’t get the job, the world will still be fundamentally okay. Ugh looking for work ain’t for suckers. As a jobseeker, I’ve experienced some stuff that made me scratch my head. If you haven’t searched for work in a while consider yourself lucky. However it probably will happen to you or someone you know soon. Be warned, things have changed a bit out there. Lots more competition, lots more places to search and communities to source. It’s time consuming and grueling. Read more

Hiring Software Should Have Soul!

I work in the business world, but I also live in the social media world.  The two are at odds with one another.  I live at a time where the personalized message rings true with consumers, clients, and even candidates. The first model of hiring software was created to eliminate the human element in the process. Read more
