But SmartRecruiters, the hiring platform, is using Big Data to predict sourcing effectiveness. How? It starts with posting over 100,000 unique jobs to over 100 job boards, publications and social networks.
In this week’s release, we made it easier to manage the branding of your Careers Page, as well as provided an option to remove the “posted by” section per user on the job ad. In addition, we improved our user experience by posting notifications in HireLoop of duplicate applications by a candidate while continuing to maintain the candidate’s profile for only one job. We released the ability to create templates for frequently posted jobs, making it easier for companies with multiple locations or decentralized hiring teams to quickly post commonly open positions without having to recreate the entire job ad. Read more
At HR Tech Europe, EF Education First’s Recruitment and Development Director Eric Van delden and SmartRecruiters CEO Jerome Ternynck presented on the new generation of recruiting software. HR Tech Europe, the top conference in Europe for HR technology and workforce solutions, had over 850 attendees. Social Recruiting expert James Mayes tweeted that people were sitting on the floor because the session was so crowded and Rita Jackson, of HRmarketer, followed up with “people just keep coming in.” Read more
