Almost four in fact since SmartRecruiters Beta was officially launched at the ERE Expo in Florida. Everyone knows that MrTed is a technology company that sells its TalentLink SaaS solutions. It does not offer its enterprise ATS technology for free.  Surely, MrTed must be planning to make money with SmartRecruiters so when you say that SmartRecruiters’ ATS is free of charge, what’s the catch? There must be some point down the road where users are eventually asked to pay for it, right?”<span id="more-1059"></span></p>
<p>Well, there is no catch. SmartRecruiters is really free now and free forever.  Yes, MrTed will make money on SmartRecruiters, but it will not make money by asking you to pay for the ATS or in any way limit your full access to all its functions and features. With SmartRecruiters there are no trials, no limited, premium, or exclusive editions. You get full access to the complete system without any restrictions or limits, so you never have to pay a dime for your ATS.</p>
<p>And in the meantime, you will just end up buying your recruiting services through your SmartRecruiters ATS. These are the same services that you would buy and use anyway, like job postings, a background check or sourcing a candidate for example. So you get easy access to recruiting services anytime you want to use them straight from your SmartRecruiters ATS, while MrTed generates profits from service vendors for bringing your business to them.  And the best part is that in the long run you might even end up paying less for your services, because you have the buying power of all the SmartRecruiters members using the system.</p>
<p>And there you go. It’s that simple. When we say free, we really mean it.  Because SmartRecruiters really is free and it’s easy!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, it is official now! We are coming out of the Lab and SmartRecruiters Beta is going live in just 18 days!</p>
<p>Looking back at it, it is really hard to believe that the time to launch has finally come. I have to admit that we are excited and a bit scared at the same time. It has been a little more than a year of hard work for our small but passionate team and now the moment to unveil SmartRecruiters is finally coming. It is our humble contribution to innovative thinking within the industry - an ATS, which is free and easy. Without any catch and with no strings attached, as simple as it is - free and easy.<span id="more-337"></span></p>
<p>From the very start SmartRecruiters has always been about innovation and making a difference. It is a new model for the industry and frankly, we don´t know what the future holds for it. It all depends on what the market and the recruiting community make of it because this is as much our project, as it is yours. There is still a long way ahead and we really hope you will take this journey with us. Most of all though, we hope that you like SmartRecruiters and enjoy using it. We hope it will make recruiting more accessible, easier, and a bit more fun.<br />
