Auto Reply — this new feature improves the candidate experience. As applicants submit their resume, the Auto Reply feature will send a personalized E-mail allowing for qualitative communication right at the point of application.
Resume Quick View — easier, faster and more efficient review process of candidates. A new resume quick view feature gives access to an applicant’s resume straight from the main Applicant List. Parsed resumes are now also available to view in quick and easy standard HTML format.
Outlook/Calendar Integration — interview invitations scheduled in the system are now delivered in an i-Cal format so managers and applicants can automatically add them to their outlook calendar.
LinkedIn Company Insider Widget — a new LinkedIn widget is available for users to embed on their SmartRecruiters career site. With the Company Insider widget, you can help job applicants get to know your organization and people better.
Job SEO — designed to start driving Search Engine Optimization value to job ads. Users can now add keywords to job descriptions, which work to improve the positioning jobs in search engines and job boards.
