Our Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information (applicant and user related) while usage of SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including information provided.

Personal information

• You need a SmartRecruiters Account to get access to the ATS and its various features. During the registration process SmartRecruiters asks you for some personal information. To protect your account from unauthorized access SmartRecruiters provides you with a login and password. Please keep this Login data stored safe.
• During SmartRecruiters usages our servers automatically record certain information about your use of the system. Similar to other web services, SmartRecruiters records information such as account activity and log information (like number of log-ins browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID).

Information sharing and onward transfer

• SmartRecruiters Team maintains and processes your ATS account and its contents to provide the SmartRecruiters service to you and to improve our services.
• SmartRecruiters may send you information related to your SmartRecruiters account or other services.
• Attached to every email sent out of the system the recipient will find the information: “powered by SmartRecruiters”.
• When you send emails to applicants (such as invitations or hiring letters) out of SmartRecruiters ATS, the system includes information such as your Company´s name, your name and email address as part of that email.

• You may change your SmartRecruiters account settings in the “Administration” section.
• You may integrate SmartRecruiters Front Office into your corporate Website, in order to receive online applications from your applicants.
• You may choose to use additional SmartRecruiters features, such as job posting. All additional services have its own privacy notice available.

Intellectual Property Rights

SmartRecruiters does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information or photographs, or other material, that you upload (either to an applicant or a job requisition), transmit or store in your SmartRecruiters account. We will not use any of your content for any purpose except to provide you with the Service.
