SmartServices

Our SmartServices are a different approach, you only pay for the recruiting services you use, like job posting, background checks, assessments and each of these services is fully integrated in your SmartRecruiters ATS. This makes it simple for you to do your job quickly and buy the services you need, all at a reasonable price. These SmartServices will be introduced over time and the Smart Team is looking to the Smart Community for input on what services are important to you and the we will go out and negotiate the great deals on your behalf.

Why SmartServices are different:

• Include every day used services; job postings, background checks, assessments etc.
• Individually packaged so that you only pay for the services you use
• Seamlessly integrated into your ATS, so they are really easy to buy and use

We want to hear from you! The Smart Team is currently working hard on building out our SmartServices portfolio and by participating in a forum or just posting a message at the SmartCommunity, this will help us to prioritize our plans.

The first available SmartServices will be FREE job posting to a variety of great job boards. Over time we will introduce the best commercial job boards and you can pick and choose which ones you want post to based on your needs. Let us know which boards you like and use, as well as new job boards your would like to try out, and we will go and sign them up.

SmartServices isn’t just about job posting but about any and all services a recruiter needs to do a great job. You can also help us choose which recruiting services or suppliers we should sign up next to the SmartServices portfolio.
