The Helios Watchstore is a premium retail outlet for very high end watches and allied lifestyle accessories.
The CRO should effectively interact with customers who walk into the store and provide adequate information to positively impact the customer’s decision to purchase.
The job involves constant learning of products’ benefits and features, selling pitches, demo methodology and the objection handling scripts.

Experience: Should have not less than 1 year of experience in selling high value goods in a retail environment
Growth Prospects:
The Customer Relationship Officer can become a Store Manager based on performance and experience.
Work Timings:
10:30 am to 09:30 pm (Stores may open anytime between 09:30am and 12:30 noon)
Training:
7 days in-house training is provided by Titan Helios.

Reports to:The Store Manager.
Earning Potential
Total CTC-15000 per month
Take Home Pay: ~11.5K per month + Incentive
