Work From Home Telephone Agents/CSR

We are an inbound/outbound call center providing customer support, telemarkeitng and administration services.
Each day could demand different responsibilities such as; answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, providing customer service, telemarketing, cold calling, sales, appointment setting, message taking, answering chats and emails. This is just a few of the possible duties that could be required throughout the day. We are full service call center where we work with several businesses at the same time, that require different or the same services.
P/T & F/T available
- Must have customer service experience, telemarketing and other customer relationship experience
- Sales experience is a plus!
- Must be able to adjust to an ever changing environment
- Must be able to switch gears from inbound to outbound with a very short notice
- Must have a computer with Vista on newer system (preferably Windows 7)
- Must have a headset for answering calls
- Must have computer skills and be able to use several programs at once (up to 8 at times or more)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus!
- CRM, spreadsheet and MS Office experience a plus!

We am only looking for people who can produce and have experience in customer service and inbound/outbound call handling. We DO NOT provide customer service training (you must have that already). We train on how to use our programs. Phone system, etc…
