Position: Bilingual Inside Sales & Support Representative
The Inside Sales & Service Representative will report to the Director of Operations, as a member of a small team responsible for responding to inbound sales and customer service inquiries, supporting corporate accounts, and performing basic office functions as needed.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive consumer and small business sales activities for all inbound satellite sales prospects and existing clientele.
Qualify and understand the customer’s requirements, and provide quotes and estimates
Input and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Build contacts and relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service
Use Salesforce.com to track and manage sales opportunities
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals
Stay educated on all new products & services and changes in technology
Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promptly respond to customer telephone and e-mail inquiries Provide first-level support services including product support, billing inquiries, billing adjustments, and other customer and account management tasks.
Communicate and work across teams to provide speedy solutions for customers
Foster a positive and professional work environment by demonstrating professionalism and consideration of co-workers, and exercising initiative to offer assistance when appropriate.
Maintain systems fluency on internal ordering and billing systems
Other duties/tasks as required

Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
