Job Description

Position: Admin Assisant/Accounting clerk
Location: Toronto

Position Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Business Vision.
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Sales Tax.
Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple priorities
Accuracy in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the company

Multi-Responsibility role:
Receptionist, admin support, accounting support and as directed by the office manager
Must have a can do attitude, excellent work ethic, able to adapt to our company culture.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software.
Accounting education and experience preferred. 
Willing to pitch in and do what it takes to get the job done.
