Position: Assistant Marketing Coordinator (After Sales)
Contract: 12 Months
After Sales Marketing Coordinator Job Purpose:
Works with account to market after sales channel products through strategy development; tracking data from various channels; maintaining promotional materials inventory; scheduling; database maintenance; report preparation; field support. This role is based out of the client location in Mississauga, Ontario, providing direct support to both the Parts Operations Analyst, and After Sales Business Development Manager.
Marketing Coordinator Job Duties:
Works closely with account and it’s vendors to support the implementation of marketing and advertising strategies, with the organizational goal of promoting and developing the after sales business, and more specifically, customer retention, parts and accessory sales.
Conducts monthly reporting which involves the procurement of dealer after sales data and compilation into various reports. Adjust and enhance reporting based on departmental requirements.
Ad-hoc report development, as required by the department.
Supports the development of tier 3 dual branded after sales direct, email, and digital marketing programs.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with vendors; inventorying stock; placing orders; dealer distribution; verifying receipt.
Supports field staff by answering requests around sales and market data, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, or other.
Organize departmental schedules, track dealer contacts, and report on coverage and frequency. Track agendas, contact report submission, and contact report follow-ups.
Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Liaise and collaborate inter-departmentally to leverage solutions and efficiencies relevant to achievement of department objectives.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Additional Ad-Hoc Duties as required.
