Requirement:
5yrs’ experience in Senior level leadership Business Analyst role
5yrs’ experience working with Project Management methodologies
Previous experience working on projects with a budget exceeding $1 Million and containing multiple concurrent and inter-related projects. Budget to be stated.
3yrs’ experience facilitating workshops and information gathering sessions.

Qualification:
MUST HAVE Proven record of achievement as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a heavily weighted requirement.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience working with all levels of stakeholders within an organization and understanding business priorities.
Strong communication skills; written, verbal, and active listening skills.
Demonstrated ability to prepare project documents such as business cases, proposals, functional requirements, approach strategies, training manuals, feasibility studies, detailed budget submissions.
Demonstrated experience conducting presentations and actively participating in meetings.
Experience with business process modeling including gathering the information, documenting, and verification with business users.
Experience with testing; writing test cases, analysis of impact of reported defects on business.
Ability to work in a team environment; sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Demonstrated experience applying Project Management methodologies.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is considered an asset.
Experience with Cúram Case Management Software is considered an asset.
Experience in information profiling is considered an asset.
Experience in business benefits evaluation and reporting is considered an asset.
Experience with data conversion is considered an asset.
Experience working in and with stakeholders in the public sector is considered an asset.
