Job Description

Manage the creation and execution of internal and external communications and marketing material. Partner with internal stakeholders to create marketing strategies and oversee all media partnerships relationships and deliverables. Responsible for managing and partnering with  E-mail and Social Media Marketing Manager to ensure the successful completion of departmental and organizational goals.

Create marketing and promotional materials for membership, events and other initiatives 

Work with membership team to upgrade all communications touting 4A’s benefits and value

Create and manage media partnerships (SmartBrief, ad trade magazines, etc.)

Create and distribute curated and enterprising thought leadership content to members and advertising industry via website, newsletters and social media platforms 

Spearhead 4A’s Partner Awards entries and judging process 

Oversee email and social marketing manager

Create marketing programs for various departments and initiatives  

Conceive, write and distribute annual Year in Review 

Write and publish marketing and promotional content to new website 

Assist in planning Agency Communication bi-annual event and flagship Transformation event 

Play key role in planning and executing 100th anniversary initiatives 

Create sponsorship materials. Create and track marketing sponsorship deliverables

Qualifications

Five + years in marketing, preferably in agency, entertainment or communications

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills required 

Strategic and tactical marketing and communications experience

Experience contributing creatively to strategy and implementing
on a tactical level

Digital and social media expertise across all platforms 

Excellent communicator and networker, with proven success of
building relationships

Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple projects
with accuracy, integrity and attention to detail with established deadlines  

Works well under pressure

Highly organized
