Job Description

  • Be a brand ambassador, guardian and promoter of the brand. To work according to the values of the brand.
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing and other team members in delivering the overall campaign strategy and plans
  • Executing campaigns, including: demand generation programmes, digital and online marketing, client-focused events, PR, and social media
  • Supporting the development of compelling marketing collateral and assets including: case studies, thought leadership, product fact sheets, presentations and online and multimedia materials
  • Working with business development teams to proactively seek creative ways of raising our profile in our key markets to generate revenue and strengthen our brand position
  • Managing the Customer Relationship Management system  (CRM), in particular monitoring and tracking lead generation activities; capturing client and market intelligence; maintaining client and prospect database

Qualifications

  • Degree educated.
  • Completed or working towards a formal marketing education would be an advantage
  • Candidates should have a proven track record in a B2B marketing and communications environment, whether client-side or agency-side
  • Experience of a number of the following: events; content marketing; PR & media; communications; digital (web, email and social media) and demand generation
  • Demonstrable campaign / event management experience and the ability to show return on investment
  • Experience of the payments industry would be an advantage, but not a necessity
  • The ability to influence the focus of marketing and communications initiatives successfully is essential, as is the need for first class interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Able to demonstrate strong organisation and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and within a team environment
