87seconds is a European creative digital agency, specialized in corporate video creations. Established end 2012, we are growing and our ambitions for the years to come are huge. After Brussels, Paris, Lyon, Geneva and Amsterdam, we're looking to expand our services to Spain, with an office based in Madrid.

Therefore, our young international team is looking for an ambitious and talented business developer to embark, with us, on this exciting journey. You will be responsible for: the opening of our new branch office in Madrid, rapidly developing key commercial relations with Spain’s corporates and the recruitment of your fully dedicated team in the months to come.

The perfect candidate has an impeccable commercial feeling, solid project management skills, a true passion for communications and digital marketing and an unbeatable enthusiasm. An important added value is the possibility to work independently on project management and being a true listener when it comes to sales and account management.

A few of our current long term clients are: Goodyear, Michelin, KPMG, PwC, Daikin, Total Petrochemicals, European Commission, and many others.

Your responsibilities

• Strong commercial feeling, easy contact and a social animal

• Project Management and counsel: you sign projects, but you also remain first point of contact during the project

• Close collaboration with the creative teams, based in Brussels and Paris, and maybe after a while, in Madrid

• Marketing and sales manager: you're in charge of a detailed marcom and sales strategy, drawing out possible marketing, public relations and sales actions for the Spanish market

• Recruitment of a team of account managers

• Communications/Business/Marketing/Journalism master’s degree

• At least 2-4 years experience in this domain in a marketing/communications/advertising agency, or in a sales environment

• You're fast learner and a crossborder teamplayer

• You have excellent writing skills, for communicating with clients but also for possible script or scenario writing

• Perfect Spanish and English. French would be a plus

• Strong feeling with the start-up world and entrepreneurial mindset
