You will join our Accounts team, in which you will be actively challenged to develop your commercial and project management skills, offering a variety of assignments, clients and future opportunities in a booming and creative start-up environment. 

You will start in the Belgian team as a business developer, with a strong commercial and analytical focus, and with the objective of becoming a full-fledged account manager after 3-6 months. By then you will take on project management, maintain strong client relations, build partnerships with Belgian multinationals and advise them on their digital and video marketing strategies. 

Our current clients include: Goodyear, Generali, Total, Niko, Daikin, Barco, KPMG, Clear Channel, Saint-Gobain, STIB/MIVB, Securex, Protime, and many more.


Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Account Manager to embark, with us, on an exciting journey full of unique experiences, intense actions and pure suspense during which you will actively be challenged to develop your commercial and project management skills, offering a variety of assignments, clients and future opportunities in a booming and creative start-up environment. We are currently looking for an Senior Account Manager who will drive the sales and business development activities.

After a comprehension period about our products, you will take on project management and build and maintain strong relations with your clients. You will be an addition to our team in Brussels and help us to develop our positioning in the Belgian market by generating awareness on video marketing tools. You will focus on servicing our key clients from major corporation with their video strategy.

You will build strong relationships with Belgian multinationals, advise top tier companies on digital strategies and push video as communication tool through content marketing. Current clients include: Carrefour, Total, ISS, Daikin, Barco, Bekaert, KPMG, Clear Channel, Goodyear, Saint-Gobain, The House of Marketing, and many others.

Your mission 
  • Providing a high quality service to customers
  • Desired Skills & Experience, you have an extensive experience in selling staffing services
  • You have a solid knowledge/network within the top companies and/or public institutions in Belgium
  • You have an excellent command of French, Dutch and English
  • Strategic guidance and understanding of client's business and expectations
  • Support the team with content marketing and communications campaigns

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing / Business Develoment 
  • 5 years experience with large accounts in sales and project management
  • Easy integration in a driven multicultural team 
  • An endless passion for corporate communications and digital marketing
  • Result and target driven personality
  • Creative and fast learning mind-set AND rigorous, organised and analytical
