87seconds is a 4-year-old creative agency, specialized in motion design videos, with offices in Brussels, Paris and Lyon. The team consists of 30 colleagues, supported by a worldwide network of designers, copywriters, translators, voice-overs and marketeers. 

Current clients include: Carrefour, Total, ISS, Daikin, Barco, Bekaert, KPMG, Clear Channel, Goodyear, Saint-Gobain, The House of Marketing, and many more.

At 87seconds, we are growing and our ambitions for the years to come are humongous. Therefore, our young team is looking for an ambitious and talented HR Hapiness Officer to embark, with us, on this exciting journey full of unique experiences and intense action. 

We are looking for a HR Happiness Officer who will be able to analyse the needs of 87seconds in order to find, attract and recruit new partners to develop our young company. 

You will manage and build a positive recruitment experience to have an efficient management of the applicants community and to keep contact with those who are not selected.  

You will also be in charge of very diverse responsibilities like accounting, KPIs, recruitment, payroll, office management and many more to ensure happiness of the whole team in France, Belgium and across Europe.  Organisation and accuracy are most important!

You will work in our Belgian team, but will be in permanent contact with our team in France as well as in Geneva. As head office, Brussel is supporting the  activities all over Europe. You'll need a good eye to stay up to date on the different European legislation and organisation system. 

Your mission

• Recruitment: talent screening, drafting, monitoring and organization of job interviews, and evaluation of skills applicants 
• Human Resources :  payroll, social secretariat, car policy, insurances, teambuldings etc
• Administration : accounting, expense management, KPIs by projects, cash management, subsidies, etc
• Office Management: organisation, supplies, furniture etc

• You have a Master degree in human sciences or another human related degree;
• Solid understanding of all aspects of talent development including key methodologies, frameworks and tools.
• You're organised, very meticulous and execution is your moto.
• You're a listener and you have interpersonal skills to understand the team dynamics.
  
• You've knowledge of the local recruitment market and trends.
  
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
