Job Description

This position is responsible for handling incidents associated with end user client issues. Maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring client satisfaction, and timely resolution or escalation are essential skills for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer support services to end users.

• Provide phone and e-mail support in compliance with established policies and procedures.

• Image and configure Laptops/Desktops.

• Diagnose internal service requests.

• Provide end-user troubleshooting and support.

• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and investigate root causes for the escalation of issues.

• Properly track and record service related work and time.

• Manage the customer online help desk and respond accordingly.

• Take part in team training and educational initiatives.

• Work well with other technical staff members, sharing information and collaborating on all applicable projects and/or escalated issues and resolution.

• Collects and analyzes system statistics and provide recommendations as needed.

• Apple Device support all models.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Information Technology/Computer Network Systems

• Minimum of three (3) years of current, relevant related work experience

• Ability to work in fast paced work environment

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• A-plus certification preferred

• Experience working in a CPA firm is a plus
