We’re ABODO.com, a venture-backed, Madison, WI startup on a mission to make apartment hunting effortless.  We're looking for a part-time Admin Coordinator to join our growing team.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, self-motivated person to support the Operations Team in the day-to-day responsibilities that keep our fast-paced office running.  

This part-time position will require you to wear many different hats and perform a variety of tasks, which is why we are looking for someone who’s a self-manager and can tackle anything that’s thrown their way.

Job Description

  • Greet and serve as the initial point of contact for all guests visiting the office
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of trade shows
  • Complete online research and data entry projects to support the Operations Team
  • Assist with the customer on-boarding process
  • Order office supplies and perform general maintenance of the office space
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, manage filing systems
  • Run general office errands 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Coordinator role
  • Associates Degree or higher is desirable for this position 
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Dropbox, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Superb customer service skills
  • A can-do "make it happen" attitude with foresight and initiative
