Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical components, systems, and processes through rigorous inspection and analysis.

  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and quality requirements
  • Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to measure and evaluate mechanical components
  • Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings, including any defects or deviations from specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and quality assurance personnel to address and resolve quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality control data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical inspection
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and methodologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior inspectors and production staff
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures during inspection activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical inspection or related field
  • Proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques and tools
  • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CAD software and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or API Inspector preferred
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, components, and materials science
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local work culture
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian industry standards and regulations is a plus
