Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Security Analyst to support field operations by collecting and analyzing security-related information and implementing the Security Management Plan at the operational level. This role is designed for a seasoned security professional with experience in intelligence coordination, escort logistics, and field compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with contractors, client representatives, and AECOM’s CM teams to ensure that security protocols are followed and that sensitive assets and facilities are protected.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collect and analyze security-related information from contractors and client representatives.
  • Coordinate security escorts for AECOM CM team activities
  • Implement the Security Management Plan as it applies to field operations, assets, and facilities.
  • Monitor field compliance with program-specific security protocols and site requirements.
  • Maintain logs, incident reports, and clearance documentation.
  • Support investigations and provide input into risk assessments.
  • Liaise with field teams to resolve security issues and ensure operational continuity.
  • Assist in training and onboarding related to field security procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of field-level security practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in criminal justice, homeland security, or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • US citizenship required.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience supporting security operations in infrastructure or government environments.
  • Familiarity with contractor coordination and field security protocols.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
