Performs creative and graphic design tasks to deliver a range of outputs that effectively convey a message and capture the attention of our intended audiences. Uses a broad mix of design software and technology to create online and offline designs including: digital layouts, web graphics, video, UX, 3D, proposals and other collateral. Acts as a brand ambassador for the AECOM brand and its usage.

This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.

Job Summary

• Learns about the organization and marketing's role in enabling growth.

• Assists other creatives in the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns.

• Creates compelling visual designs and layouts for a range of print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, website mockups, presentations and other media.

• Researches and stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative process and produce high-quality work.

• Integrates with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure creative work aligns with project goals and client needs.

• Revises and refines designs based on feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Ensures that all creative work meets brand guidelines and standards. Performs a self-check of work prior to submitting to others for review/approval.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meets project deadlines.

• Works alongside work winning teams to create digital and printed collateral including proposals and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Architecture, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Proficiency in design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and digital layout/3D/UX tools, as expected in graduate design roles.
• Strong visual communication, creativity, and ability to produce high‑quality digital and print designs. 
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure accuracy and consistency in all creative outputs. 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross‑functional creative and marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with industry trends and evolving creative tools.
