Job Description

Clinical supervisors work with both clients and patients and ensure that patients are receiving a high quality of health care. Our Clinical Supervisors review the production reports of our outpatient clinical staff to ensure guidelines are being followed and the best quality care is being provided to clients of A New Leaf. 

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor who can

    • Directly be responsible to the Clinical Director for administrative and clinical issues regarding admission, discharge and practice management issues, while in conformance with accepted clinical practice and the agency's program definition and policies.
    • Conduct a minimum of one group supervision for all team members, with a focus on case reviews, cross training of staff, team functioning/integration and facilitation skill enhancement.
    • As appropriate, schedule, facilitate, participate in and update Adult Clinical Teams and or Child and Family Team. Develop, implement and maintain in-service training of clinical staff on a consistent basis.
    • Oversee Magellan and licensing guidelines and regulations in relation to clinical staff and services.

Qualifications

LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC

Experience within a managed care environment and knowledge of the RBHA system preferred. Valid AZ Drivers License. Clean motor vehicle record. Valid Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. This position might have other requirements.

Clinical supervision experience preferred.

This position is eligible to receive a sign on bonus of $2000 after completing the agency introductory period.
