A New Leaf will be opening a brand-new residential treatment center (RTC) program working with children in Mesa. Our new program is looking to open soon near the summer months.
For this position, we are looking to hire a full-time Driver position.
Tentatively M - F 8am to 5pm (This schedule might change due to client and program need).
Major areas of responsibility include (but not limited to:)
Oversee the self-administration of medication of clients during scheduled shift hours. Provide for the first aid needs of clients and provide general health assessments. Maintain a tracking system for all nursing documentation and maintain files. Work with program administrative staff to assure client files meet standards. Communicate accurately with parents, representatives of placing agencies and/or interested parties as deemed appropriate by agency needs. Complete IR/MIR/Infection Control reporting needed during shift, as appropriate. Provide information to program on issues/concerns relative to medical and physical needs of clients. Document (verbal/written) and submit significant and routine paperwork such as progress notes, statistics reports, daily activities, upcoming events, special concerns, varied incident reports, etc., as required by the program and submit to appropriate personnel. This program might have other requirements.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred. 2 plus years of behavioral health experience. Valid Driver’s License. Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card. Clean 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record. This position might have other requirements.
