Performs a variety of detailed administrative and support services to the organization/upper management and at time the external client.

Qualifications

1) Assists in the preparation, maintenance, control of records, budget information, reports and training classes.
2) Works with confidential material.
3) Determines processes to handle routine assignments such as report generation, bills, vouchers, worksheets and workflow.
4) Assignments include event planning; require previous auditing experience; Tariff analysis; financial background/experience; Some assignments require travel.
5) Processes (VLP) Valid Legal Process request to provide subscriber, billing/toll, call detail records to the requesting party.
6) Contacts personnel at various organizational levels to gather information and prepares reports.
7) Coordinates with internal teams, contractors, customers and professional services management to define and understand project requirements and customer satisfaction issues.
8) Prepares correspondence, maintains files and completes special projects.
9) Proactively documents and implements process enhancements as needed to ensure positive customer experience and overall satisfaction.
10) Resolve cross-departmental tasks as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of escalations.
11) May assist in answering hot lines or other telephone lines
