Job Description

The purpose of this position is to manage and develop all business reporting directed to the stores organization and the Home Office. This position will be in direct communication with the stores group and the Home Office. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing business and shrink analytics that will lead to efficiencies in our business

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for generating analysis of store information and producing performance reports
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis and insight
  • Develop strong working relationships within the stores group and the Home Office to ensure collaborative efforts
  • Train the AP field team on Asset Protection systems and process
  • Work with all relevant departments including Store Operations, Legal, Associate Relations, Visual Team, Training, Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Finance, Merchandising and Sales Audit to stay up-to-date on current processes and regulations, evaluate risks, audit results and provide recommendations
  • Perform other various operational, strategic and compliance audits within the company
  • Document audit processes and provide audit findings to management

Qualifications

What Do You Need to Bring?

  • BA/BS degree (business related field is a plus)
  • Retail experience is preferred
  • Ability to think and react in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and financial/business acumen
  • Creative approach to problem solving with a humble, team-oriented and optimistic attitude
  • Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks and manage time
  • Must be efficient with Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
