    Our Marketing team has the essential responsibility of connecting our customers with our dynamic and ever-evolving brands. Their ownership of immersive campaigns through in-store, digital, social, event marketing and PR channels brings our brands’ vision to the world. This diverse and collaborative team of creative, strategic, and curious individuals are constantly looking for new ways to learn about our consumer and push the envelope in our efforts to reach them.

    The Ambassador & Influencer Marketing Specialist/Senior Specialist role will be responsible for supporting influencer and marketing activations with a focus primarily on our brand ambassador program. This individual will work closely with cross-functional partners (Human Resources, Legal, Strategy, Creative, Social Media, Product, Customer Insights, Operations, CRM, Analytics) in addition to external partners (brand ambassador program management agency, social influencer managers/agents, social influencer agencies).  Support of these functions will include day-to-day brand ambassador program coordination, product sampling and distribution, and managing research/feedback and reporting.

    What will you be doing?

    • Support the day-to-day management of the Brand Ambassador Program by partnering with external brand ambassador program management agency and Field Marketing Managers
    • Partner with multiple external teams to execute all ambassador & influencer activations
    • Coordinate the execution of all assets required to fulfill the program needs, both internally and externally
    • Audit external brand ambassador program deliverables related to completion, brand standard compliance, reporting, and invoicing on a monthly basis
    • Lead fulfillment of packaging and shipping monthly product deliveries to Brand Ambassadors, partnering with PR and Product Strategy team to ensure consistency with merchandising priorities
    • Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Marketing teams to gather relevant insights from the Ambassadors to inform business decisions
    • Maintain status documents & visual aids to ensure accurate reference points for cross-functional partners and the marketing leadership team
    • Manage invoice tracking and payment processing for all ambassador and influencer programs
    • Maintain monitoring of program performance goals and reporting, including weekly, monthly, seasonal, and status/hindsight presentations for Marketing Leadership Team; partner with CRM and Analytics teams as needed
    • Partner with other channel owners (social, paid media, e-comm, etc.) to maximize the exposure of ambassador & influencer content
    • Act as secondary liaison between Hollister and influencers’ management teams
    • Partner with Legal, Human Resources and Diversity and Inclusion teams to ensure compliance to all advertising regulations & labor laws in regard to supporting development of influencer contracts
    • Continuously monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure Hollister stays at the forefront of ambassador & influencer marketing
       

    What will you need to bring?

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
    • 2+ years of experience coordinating relevant marketing initiatives
    • Demonstrated understanding and enthusiasm of Gen Z consumers
    • Experience partnering with an external agency vendor/partner
    • High level of critical thinking ability and curiosity, particularly in balancing multiple projects and priorities
    • Very strong project management skills (including timeline development/management, budget)
    • Collaborative leader, able to rally cross-functional team members to work effectively and efficiently together
    • Strong relationship development/management and written/verbal communication skills
    • High familiarity with integrated marketing disciplines (advertising, media, content, social, digital/e-comm, direct, CRM, PR, activation/events, in-store, etc.)
    • Consistent engagement with marketing industry and its best practices (e.g. industry media, involvement in industry organizations/events, awareness of industry trends)
    • Superb presentation skills and comfortable ideating/presenting ideas with all levels of an organization (up to/including C-level)
    • Willing to complete work outside of normal business hours as needed
