Who We’re Looking For:
A Service Management Architect(BSM) to join our growing team in Frisco,TX.

What You’ll Do:
  • Works with architecture team, system engineering, and software engineering managers at an enterprise level to ensure core ITIL engineering practices are applied.
  • Creates and delivers ITSM (Service Management based on ITIL) training and individual coaching where necessary enables and champions a customer focused IT service culture.   
  • Formulates and manages Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Service Delivery. 
  • Implements and maintains trustworthy application monitoring tools and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction. 
  •  Provides regular reports on service performance to all Management Levels.
  • Oversees the development of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes and controls to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet business objectives including Event Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

  • Excellent organizational skills & communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture and relational databases.
  • Demonstrated the ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions.
  • Highly skilled and proficient in using development tools with the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot and provide user support.
  • Solid technical aptitude and understanding, including the ability to quickly learn new.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines under sometimes stressful conditions.

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience.
  • Educated to BSc/MSc degree level in IT or related discipline with strong technology experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with Systems integration leveraging web services, APIs and Java.
  • Experience with implementing/integrating event monitoring/management technologies such as
  • 7+ years of experience with Solarwinds.
  • 1+ year of experience with Other ITSM software.
  • 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow.
  • 7+ years of experience with implementation of enterprise IT systems in operation or service management functional domain
  • 6+  years of experience with installation, configuration and customized Tivoli, BMC, CA, or HPE Monitoring and Management application/tools
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • In depth experience will all levels of the development lifecycle process.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, Perl and good web design practices.
  • Extensive experience on installation, configuration and integration of  HPE BSM product suite including OMi, NNMi, OML and uCMDB
