Job Description

The ideal candidate will help to shape our expanding brand through the implementation of social media campaigns, development of marketing initiatives, and the careful analysis of related metrics. Working closely with the Sales Team, the Marketing Associate will create marketing material, manage email campaigns, handle logistics for company conferences and events, and utilize SalesForce.com to assist in the organization of client records. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple technology platforms efficiently and in a timely fashion while completing other marketing and public relations tasks as assigned.  This individual should be a motivated self-starter willing to improve upon the existing technology as well as investigate new platforms to promote Acorio.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implements      and optimizes Acorio’s social business strategy
  • Develops content for our social media channels      (Facebook, Twitter, videos, and company blog)
  • Works with Sales & Recruitment Managers to promote brand strategies and increase recognition 
  • Tests new ideas to grow our social media channels, expand our online network, and improve SEO
  • Manages promotional/trade event schedules and logistics
  • Operates trade booths, engaging potential customers   
  • Provides logistical support for meeting scheduling and customer follow up
  • Develops measurable goals and reporting for all marketing initiatives
  • Utilizes social web and HubSpot analytics to drive traffic to the company website
  • Manages and monitors online communications by listening to users and responding in a timely manner

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 Years of related      experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong knowledge of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Ability to think creatively about solutions to uncommon problems
  • Desire to collaborate with other team members and make valuable suggestions for improvements 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a flair for using social networking jargon
  • Ability to grasp new technologies quickly
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to quickly report and define analytical findings
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience with Wordpress and blog creation a plus
