Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Consulting Services Lead for our Cleveland location!  This Director or Managing Director will be responsible for spearheading new sales, business development and overall portfolio client development for the Cleveland Region.  Travel is required.
 
Role and Responsibilities:

The Managing Director has primary responsibility to leverage their own and their team’s cloud solutions and consulting expertise for the development of new business and the management of existing clients and accounts.  The candidate will work with both subject matter experts (SMEs) and dedicated Delivery Leads and may inherit an existing or target account with annual growth expectations.  The ideal candidate has the ability to continually develop new business within existing accounts and also by identifying target clients, closing those clients, networking, and selling all of Acumen’s solutions. 
 
Other responsibilities include deal shaping and scope definition, price negotiation, proposal writing and presentation delivery, pipeline management, people management, and project management. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10+ years experience
  • 5+ years consulting experience – large consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Consulting and CRM cloud based solutions experience is a must have
  • Salesforce consulting experience is preferred
  • Experience diverse and distributed managing 10-20+ person teams
  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer
  • Ability to travel
