Coches.net/Motos.net marketing team is looking for a maternity leave replacement for the position of Growth Specialist.

We want to take our digital marketing to the next level and we are looking for a highly motivated person who can help us do that. If you are a true professional, who knows the ins and outs of digital marketing, you use data in your analysis to define actions and optimise the communication and you are familiar with using data to test and validate your hypotheses, this role will be a perfect match for you!

You will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns (paid search accounts, prospecting, retargeting campaigns, downloads campaigns, etc.) and have analytical sensibility to make profitable decisions based on data.

About the team

You will work with an optimistic, young and collaborative team of marketing people focused on develop and implement activities to boost traffic; analyse results and foster new opportunities. Your passion for digital marketing and communication will be appreciated in the team! You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

What you will do

  • Build campaigns, analyse and measure results and be responsible to report performance digital marketing campaigns. Perform day-to-day performance activities, campaign set-ups by targets, testing, tagging, scheduling and deployment of one-time and recurring campaigns.
  • Writing up of weekly and monthly reports and manage and optimise the budget
  • Contact with the most important providers and agencies (Google, Facebook, etc)
  • Identify insights in order to optimise spent and performance. Monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign activity and use insights to optimise and boost traffic and leads. This requires continuous analysis of traffic sources by devices and being on top of the KPI’s
  • Collaborate with the marketing and Growth Peak Team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and plan, execute and measure. Work closely with stakeholders
  • Provide analytical insights from A/B test campaigns to improve current campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Working knowledge of SEO (onsite/offsite) best practices and work on improving ASO
  • Recommend and implement new initiatives to improve the performance and achieve the goals

Requisitos

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision making across all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to keep others informed and up-to-date; able to organise/prioritise
  • Strong problem solver who knows how to ask the right questions, build hypotheses and prove or disprove with data insights

Must-have requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Excellent experience and knowledge creating and managing digital display, retargeting, PPC campaigns, SEO and lead generation campaigns
  • Advanced skills and working knowledge of Google Adwords (certified is preferred!), Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, retargeting solutions and analytics tools (Adobe analytics/AppsFlyer)
  • Advanced digital analytics skills and working knowledge of tools Makemereach, Datorama, Marin software…. or similar tools
  • Advanced Excel user
  • 3-4 years in digital marketing experience
  • Fluent English
