Fotocasa is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Barcelona. The PMM will be in charge of all Fotocasa digital performance campaigns across the different channels.
Define, develop and execute Acquisition and retention strategy across all performance channels, Paid Search, retargeting, affiliates, while optimizing Budget according to main goals
Mobile and Apps marketing management.
Manage analysis and reporting of PPC investments, driving insights and innovating proposals
Carry out A/B Test in order to find the best efficiency way to get qualified users
Find and develop new advertising opportunities
Manage and supervise relationships with our collaborators.
Experience on managing high Budget volumen
Ensure that PPC projects are aligned with business goals
Product and Branding team collaboration
Will be valued SEO, ASO, Tech knowledge, Display and VOD knowledge (but not mandatory)
+5 years in similar position, ideally in Real Estate sector (not mandatory)
Data-driven. Strong analytical mindset, A/B testing methodology and digital marketing metrics measurement
Excel, Google Ads, Facebook Ads expert level. Adobe knowledge will be strongly valued.
