Job Description

Find your success as a relationship builder who enjoys the diversity and fun of the always growing promotional products industry. We have a just opened, well established top territory waiting for you with plenty of guaranteed business from already satisfied customers. Working mostly inside at our attractive King of Prussia offices, you'll be selling innovative product choices with wide ranges of types and categories. One day you could close a deal for bic pens and mood pencils, while the next you are on to coloring books, knit beanies or a more exotic lavender mint foot pamper kit!  There is always something new and exciting going on in this field to talk about including many apparel solutions too.

You can use your creativity to develop ideas for your clients if you are good at making matches between their needs and your selections. You can use your sales expertise to be a quick closer and have the support of our dedicated marketing and administrative team behind you. Your sales success will be rewarded with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and incentive bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenues from existing satisfied clients, especially to develop high-volume accounts.
  • Develop new business by pursuing your own networks and contacts, and by closing leads provided to you.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, encouraging referral business to grow your territory.
  • Maintain CRM records.
  • Meet/exceed your sales revenue and margin objectives.

Qualifications


  • Strong desire to begin a career in sales or to advance your sales career to the next level.
  • Experience selling promotional products, advertising specialties, branded merchandising and corporate marketing / identity programs a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be comfortable in a mostly inside sales position - communicating with customers primarily through phone and email contact.
  • Bachelor degree preferred, or 2-3 years experience in B2B sales in lieu of degree.
  • Must be eager to learn and engage in a dynamic environment and be motivated by achieving sales targets.
