AgilOne is aggressively building out a national sales and lead generation team. We are looking for seasoned, hardworking, smart, over achieving lead generating Account Development Reps that have proven experience and a passion in generating lead demand for marketing solutions to marketing executives.
This position is responsible for working closely with Account Sales Executives in hunting and solution selling into new logos. Measures of success include a high volume of qualified lead generation, mapping AgilOne's solution to specific prospect requirements, new customer acquisition, relieving quota, up-selling, blocking out competition, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall sales team and business success. This position will be office based in Mountain View, California.
- Creating a strong sustainable pipeline for the Sales Executives
- Strategically calling into and nurturing prospect accounts to generate interest and fit in AgilOne’s solution
- Setting up well qualified next step discussions for outside Sales Executives
- Utilizing Salesforce.com to record and track lead generation pipeline and activities
- Knowledge of direct marketing methodologies, technologies and vendor ecosystems
- Ability to be successful with a high workload without a lot of larger company resources in the short term
- Be a credible and trusted advisor by speaking on the same level of sophisticated direct marketers
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Intimately know and consistently win against the competition
