- Develop copy that reflects the brand voice across all mediums, while addressing design specifications and applying data from user testing and research.
- Lead brainstorming and creation of concepts for best-in-class executions in the areas of digital advertising, marketing, and product.
- Work closely with members of the Product Management and Marketing teams to align content strategy with target audience needs, business needs, and brand positioning.
- Present creative concepts to key stakeholders, synthesizing business requirements with brand direction.
- Evolve and maintain brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all touch-points in the customer journey.
- Lead and mentor fellow Copywriters to foster expertise and develop team talent
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have a strong capacity of empathy in understanding online consumer behaviour
- Attention to detail with critical eye
- Have an ability to convey ideas and concepts to support content creation
- Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision
- Familiar with SEO basic knowledge
